Development Board
| City Development Boards (CDB's) were set up in the year 2000 to promote co-operation and co-ordinate local services between state agencies, local development bodies, the community and voluntary sector and local government. The main task of the CDB is to produce and monitor the implementation of a ten-year social, economic and cultural strategy for the city. Galway City Community Forum has three representatives on the CDB. |
