The Arts, Culture and Community Recreation Space Sub-Group is concerned with issues such as arts infrastructure, transparent grant processes, support for local artists, community arts and other issues relating to the new City Arts Development Plan. The Sub-Group also works with issues concerning youth facilities, playgrounds and community recreation space.
