The CDB is comprised of members from local Government (Galway City Council), local development, state agencies, social partners which includes Forum Reps. The CDB is tasked with developing a 10 year 'Strategy for Economic Social & Cultural Development' for the City (copies of the strategy are available from the Galway City Council, www.galwaycity.ie). The CDB is neither a grant giving nor an implementing agency.
